Some words of wisdom,

from a yoga teacher:

Relax your organs, thank them for working to keep you going all day.

Worrying is just meditating on the thing that you actually don't want to happen.

Reflect on your day, and remember there is no "good" day or "bad" day. And the "bad" days can really help you to truly appreciate the "good" days.

I'm going to try to remind myself of that. Allergy attacks really do allow me to embrace the days without them...
